Children's Home Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Children's Home Manager to lead our dedicated team providing therapeutic residential care for children and young people. As a pivotal member of our mission, you will embody the qualities of a responsible and empathetic leader, ensuring seamless collaboration between Care, Education, and Health sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff, overseeing day-to-day operations and providing strong, motivational leadership.
- Implement and enhance care plans, ensuring the development and well-being of the children in our care.
- Deliver the Children's Standards in the home, maintaining a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with multi-agency teams, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience in a children's residential home setting.
- Therapeutic background and a level 5 qualification in Children, Young People and Family Practitioner, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Commitment to working with children and young people with complex and challenging needs.
