Experienced Manager for Therapeutic Children's Home

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our new, bespoke solo provision home in Reading. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and working within a multi-disciplinary team to meet the needs of a young person requiring support in developing skills for independent living, training or employment, and emotional and mental health support.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality therapeutic care
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of young people
- Ensure the home meets regulatory requirements and delivers outstanding outcomes for young people and partners
- Manage budgets and monitor workforce skills and resilience
- Produce and review Reg 44 and Reg 45 reporting processes
- Develop a team with a clear vision and goals
- Ensure knowledge of children's homes regulations and the Ofsted inspection process
- Uphold the Company's Mission and Values
- At least 2 years of managerial experience within a Therapeutic Children's Home in the last 5 years
- Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care or equivalent
- Proven experience in supervising, inspiring, and managing care teams to a high standard
- Excellent knowledge of children's homes regulations and the Ofsted inspection process
- Ability to work within and uphold the Company's Mission and Values
