What you'll do
The role of a Customer Service Consultant at HSBC is to provide outstanding service, educate customers on using digital platforms, and offer different ways to bank. Consultants also raise fraud awareness, assist vulnerable customers, and support those with complex needs for financial inclusion.
We are seeking individuals enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a helpful and ambitious personality. Prior Customer Service experience is beneficial but not required. Within this role you will;
- Play a key role in the Branch Customer Service Team, being the primary contact for customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Contribute to customer education on HSBC digital services and fraud prevention.
- Identify and assist customers in vulnerable situations with appropriate support.
- Support customers with complex banking needs to help them make informed decisions.
Requirements
To succeed, you should;

- Take ownership of customer inquiries to surpass expectations with a personalized, friendly, and efficient service.
- Adapt well to a dynamic environment.
When & Where you'll work
Full-Time roles are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 09:00-13:30.
Occasionally, you may be requested to support other local branches with expenses covered.
Your Training
Full training will be provided in-branch covering job specifics, systems, and HSBC products and services. The training course is 9 days over 3 weeks, requiring full attendance without holidays.
