Completely Care are working closely with our client in the Witney area to recruit for Residential Childrens Worker's to work within this wonderful residential school.

The opportunity to work with this fantastic organisation is highly sought after. We are searching for applicants who can provide the highest standards of care to the young residents.


This Residential Childrens Worker role will be based at one of the organisations homes in the West Oxfordshire area, each of these homes supports a group of looked after young people.

Staff will be required to bond with the young people, familiarise themselves with each young persons individual needs and the best way to support the emotional and behavioural needs of the young person.

Engage with the residents on activities, ensure their safety and wellbeing, write reports and implicate care plans.
