Full-time Classroom Facilitator sought for an engaging educational environment

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Classroom Facilitator to become a part of our thriving educational community.

Compensation:

Up to £105 per day (NEGOTIABLE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead educator in fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • Support individual learners or small groups in their academic and social growth.
  • Collaborate with the educational team to execute lesson plans and learning activities.
  • Encourage a respectful and positive environment within the classroom.
  • Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning requirements.
  • Contribute to the overall well-being and pastoral care of students.
  • Help in the preparation of educational materials and resources.

Qualifications:

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A patient and understanding approach to working with learners.
  • Capability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of educational principles and practices.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to address the evolving needs of the classroom.
  • A dedication to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment.

Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time role, during school hours (08:30 - 15:30), 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).

  • The position is based in a vibrant educational setting.

All quoted pay rates will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role in the future.
