Compensation:

£84 to £100 per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead educator in fostering a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Support individual learners or small groups in their academic and social growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to execute lesson plans and educational initiatives.
  • Encourage a respectful and positive environment within the classroom.
  • Provide tailored assistance to students with diverse learning requirements.
  • Contribute to the overall care and support of students.
  • Help prepare educational materials and resources.

Qualifications:

No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training and onboarding will be provided.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A patient and understanding demeanor when working with students.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Basic knowledge of educational methodologies and practices.
  • Willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of the classroom.

Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time role, aligned with school hours (08:30 - 15:30).
