As a Field Sales Executive for BAT, you will visit independent and regional businesses within clubs, pubs, and cocktail bars.

This is a 6 month trial that will work alongside an already existing and successful internal team, with the ambition to extend the contract into 2025 and beyond.


Visit a database of sites across your agreed territory on a regular basis, build strong relationships and ultimately encourage growth.


  • Have a natural ability to identify new prospects and a proven track record in sales conversion rates.
  • Identify and pioneer your own opportunities, with the aim of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Accurately report the outcome of each visit via a provided smart device to enable a full database of prospects to be built.
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a territory-based role and within the HoReCa sector would be ideal, although not essential
  • Strong sales background and a natural ability in relationship building, underpinned with the drive to succeed.
  • Previous experienced in data capture via smart devices or comparable knowledge.
