28-35 hours per week (set weekly hours would be agreed at time of offer) The hourly rate of pay is £11.39 after a satisfactory 3 month probationary period.
This is a fast-paced role which will cover a broad range of responsibilities including greeting & signposting patients and visitors in an efficient and courteous manner, providing an effective and polite telephone service and various general admin tasks.
The successful applicant must be able to work some 7.45 starts/6pm finishes; cover for other team members' holiday will be required along with occasional short notice cover for sickness, therefore the ability to be flexible is essential.
