Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Manage patient appointments, including booking, cancelling, and rescheduling appointments as needed.
  • Enter patient information into our IT system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Direct patients to the appropriate staff member or department, providing clear instructions and support.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external agencies.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
