Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the plant manager to build an innovative, performance-driven, dynamic and high-impact organisation.
- Developing the HR organisation, process, system and infrastructure to ensure operational excellence in HR processes and a robust HR governance framework
- Drives a performance management culture which continually seeks to raise the bar
- Creates, modifies and/ or implements all HR related procedures regarding staffing, training, hiring, compensation, disciplinary, payroll, time and attendance, etc
- Responsible for implementing company values in the entire organisation;
- Analysing the company training needs, develops annual training plan, approves training proposals received from other departments;
- Evaluates effectiveness of training programs;
- Together with plant manager/ department managers analyses and identifies people requirements within a given business area and coordinates/ contributes to the design, development and implementation of organisational changes;Key Skills Required
- Previous relevant experience with advanced production management tools (ContinuousImprovement, Visual Factory, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in people management
- Successful track record of initiating People strategies to support business growth
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills with people of different backgrounds; global mindsetand ability to operate in a multicultural environment
