This role is offered on 12 month fixed term contract basis to cover maternity leave.

What it's like to work here You'll join a dedicated team of Food and Beverage professionals who are enthusiastic and passionate about training and supporting our F&B frontof house teams.

From delivering face to face training at our wonderful places to the creation of supporting training tools, our role is far more than you'd expect.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon, however there will be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust.

The role will involve travel to our head office and toour properties across the UK when needed, to meet with your team and deliver training.

What you'll be doing You'll lead and manage a skilled team of five Barista Trainers across the country to improve the quality and consistency of specialist beverage delivery, developing, maintaining and delivering engaging training to our Food & Beverage teams.

Working closely with Area Managers, Kitchen Trainer Lead, Kitchen Trainers and our ingredient & equipment suppliers across the country, you'll ensure teams are fully skilled, you'll monitor impact and review areas of focus.

You'll actively listen to feedbackand work collaboratively identifying future areas for development. You'll identify and plan a programme based on national requirements.

You'll establish a network of talented Baristas at high performing operations, creating long term succession plans to supportthese sites to become champions of our standards.

The role requires travel across all regions due to the geographical spread of our properties, barista team and suppliers.

By developing drink production craft skills, you and your team will play a crucial role in driving growth in revenue and profitability.

  • Experience of delivering successful training to Baristas to ensure exemplary espresso-based coffee drinks, with evidence of increased overall service indicators -Strong coffee & food and beverage knowledge-An established people supervisor, leader, coachand manager enabling strong relationships across your network -Up to date knowledge and experience of training needs analysis, design, delivery, implementation and evaluation -Excellent influencing and being able to communication with teams at all levels -Goodplanning, prioritisation and organisational skills -A desire to share knowledge, passion and service with a wider audience -An ability to identify commercial opportunities in a counter service environment-Full UK Driving Licence
