Are you an accredited GSA STMVA Trainer with a background in education, development, or training within the healthcare sector? If so, consider the opportunity to join Elysium Healthcare as the Regional Lead for Safe and Therapeutic Management of Violence and Aggression.
As a vital member of the Neuro Regional Team, your role will involve facilitating the delivery of Safe and Therapeutic Management of Violence and Aggression (STMVA) and breakaway training, ensuring the implementation of safety protocols and contributing to quality enhancement initiatives alongside other Statutory and Mandatory training programs.
Key Responsibilities
In your capacity as the Regional Lead for STMVA, you will oversee clinical practices through audits, instructional sessions, and collaborative meetings, enabling you to identify physical and/or emotional factors that may influence the application of physical restraint.
You will also be responsible for addressing and investigating any grievances related to the Safe and Therapeutic Management of Violence and Aggression training or instructors, as well as reviewing STMVA data, including CCTV audits, and generating monthly reports for regional governance discussions.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Essential Criteria:
- Accredited GSA STMVA Trainer with prior experience in a learning, development, or training role within the healthcare sector
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a qualified GSA STMVA Trainer
- First Aid at Work Certification
- CIEH Level 2 in Risk Assessment & Management
- Formal, recognized teaching/training qualification
