About the role...
Our Estate team is expanding and we are looking or an Estate Administrator In this role you will assist with the management and monitoring for payment of property related costs for EG Group companies across the UK to minimise outgoings and maximise income.
Duties & Responsibilties
Assist in the payment of property related outgoings including rent, rates, service charge and insurance in a timely manner to comply with contractual obligations
Assist in the process of ensuring the accuracy and validity of automatic rent and service charge payables
As required calculate and pay all manual payments of rent, turnover, service charge, interest, rent reviews and lease renewals as and when required
Review service charge demands and insurance premiums received from landlords to ensure compliance with lease terms
Dispute incorrect charges from landlords and ensure credit notes and refunds are received promptly
Ensure all relevant documentation is received, recorded and circulated internally for changes of landlord ownership
Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, agents and solicitors
Preparation and issuing of invoices for rent and property-related recharges to tenants in the excess portfolio and collection thereof
Ensure the MRI Horizon database is kept up to date with payment changes
Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
