Join our team as a Business Support Coordinator at a global recruitment consultancy firm

Our client is a leading player in the recruitment industry, operating on a worldwide scale with a diverse portfolio of clients. They are known for offering tailored recruitment solutions and have a vast team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide business support to Directors, Managers, and Consultants by generating essential information for efficient business operations.
  • Deliver clear client reports using Excel.
  • Assist senior management in ensuring the smooth functioning of the region and teams.
  • Coordinate on/off-site events, handling logistics and arrangements.
  • Collaborate with internal support functions like Finance, HR, IT, etc.
  • Interact with external organizations and candidates when necessary.
  • Manage office support functions and liaise with the Facilities Department.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to clients and candidates in-person and over the phone.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in generating reports using Excel and working with databases.
  • Adaptability and a flexible working approach.
  • Strong analytical skills for data manipulation.
