Business Support Coordinator required

Our client is a leading player in the recruitment industry, operating on a worldwide scale with a diverse portfolio of clients. They are known for offering tailored recruitment solutions and have a vast team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide business support to Directors, Managers, and Consultants by generating essential information for efficient business operations.
- Deliver clear client reports using Excel.
- Assist senior management in ensuring the smooth functioning of the region and teams.
- Coordinate on/off-site events, handling logistics and arrangements.
- Collaborate with internal support functions like Finance, HR, IT, etc.
- Interact with external organizations and candidates when necessary.
- Manage office support functions and liaise with the Facilities Department.
- Offer exceptional customer service to clients and candidates in-person and over the phone.
- Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in generating reports using Excel and working with databases.
- Adaptability and a flexible working approach.
- Strong analytical skills for data manipulation.
