We are looking for a Customer Services Representative to join our team.

Reporting to the Head of Collections & Customer Service, you'll be part of a friendly team responsible for providing first class service to domestic and commercial customer queries and complaints regarding all utilities.

You will ensure that customers information is updated on the system and accurate records are kept.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • First line telephony response from customers in relation to all Leep Utilities Businesses.
  • Assist in day to day administration of customer base including move ins/outs, direct debit and payment updates
  • Contacting lettings/estate agents to get relevant and up to date information on tenancies
  • Provision of information and reports, both scheduled and on ad hoc basis
  • Undertake mail merges to distribute customer correspondence
  • Issue and update customer contracts, maintaining contract status database
  • General administration including post franking and distribution
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Experience in dealing with a high volume of calls from a varied customer group
  • Flexible and professional approach
  • Good communicator who can provide clear and articulated responses to customers in all situations
  • Proactively builds ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong team player
  • Evaluates alternative solutions
  • Ability to adapt as priorities/demands change and initiates action
  • Takes initiative to sort problems that may not have been seen before
