Your role:

  • Working closely with the Sales team to manage key accounts and create a truly differentiated Client Experience on behalf of Portland Brown
  • Developing longterm and trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and decision makers
  • Conversion of inbound enquiries
  • Owning and coordinating the successful resolution of client enquiries, liaising and utilising expertise from around the business
  • Maintain knowledge of key clients/guests inhouse whilst being alert to priority guests and VIPs
  • Accurately recording client details on our internal Booking & CRM systems (Oscar & Sugar) to ensure operational success

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of working within a dynamic Customer Service or Hospitality environment
  • Fiercely clientcentric in your approach
  • Confidence in building significant relationships with internal and external Senior Stakeholders
  • Professional and articulate
  • Able to challenge when required in a pragmatic and professional manner
