About the Role:
Our esteemed and expanding client is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Supervisor to enhance their team in East Bristol.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity where you will play a vital role focused on client satisfaction for the organization. The position entails a work schedule of 34 hours per week, with specific hours from Monday to Thursday afternoons and Friday afternoons.

This role is primarily office-based, with the possibility of remote work one day per week.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, contingent on experience. Employees enjoy 28 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays (with 3 days designated for the Christmas period). A statutory pension plan is available, along with additional perks such as free onsite parking, a cycle-to-work scheme, and a technology and home scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a small team of client service representatives, promoting a cooperative atmosphere and providing guidance and professional growth.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery through process enhancements and innovative solutions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client service metrics, team performance, and client feedback.
  • Anticipate product needs and communicate updates to the purchasing team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve cross-functional challenges.

  • Proven experience in client services or customer support, with prior supervisory or management experience.
