Talent and Learning Administrator at Large Housing Association
- Deliver an efficient, effective, consistent, and customer-focused talent and learning (T&L) administration and support service to managers and staff.
- Work in partnership with business managers and HR colleagues, supporting the T&L team by adhering to established processes and procedures and seeking opportunities to improve them.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and correct talent and learning administration support to colleagues within the Talent & Learning Team.
- Ensure files, policies, and procedures are kept up to date and correct. Provide organization support for training events and projects in liaison with managers and staff.
- Prioritize tasks according to business needs. Collaborate with colleagues in the HR Services Team and Data Administrators on all Talent and Learning activities.
Lead on the maintenance of high-quality learning data and scheduling, including the upkeep of the organization's learning management system. Ensure excellent data integrity and the availability of relevant learning resources for development activities.
Communicate learning activities effectively to staff through various mediums, collaborating with the Communications Team to promote participation and attendance. Maintain a corporate calendar of events, including scheduling of events and campaigns.
Prepare management reports/dashboards and produce accurate data for committees, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Collaborate with colleagues in the HR Data & System Team when necessary.
Undertake any other duties essential to this role and the successful operation of the HR and Talent & Learning Department as required.
Skills and experience:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a quick learning ability.
- Experienced administrator with the ability to handle complex tasks efficiently, maintaining composure under pressure, and possessing excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Accustomed to a high level of accountability and responsibility to ensure work accuracy and completeness.
- Proven experience in working in an HR, Talent & Learning environment with a strong customer focus.
- Business Administration or CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualification or working towards one is desirable.
