Job Title: Learning and Talent Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Talent Analyst to join our team at Reed Talent Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Talent Development Manager in identifying learning needs and talent solutions for our business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Development Manager in developing and implementing learning strategies aligned to the business strategy
  • Champion change and develop practices that reflect current market trends and digital innovation
  • Liaise with external providers to deliver learning propositions in an effective and cost-efficient way
  • Arrange in-house training and events, including room and WebEx arrangements, and track attendance and non-attendance
  • Prepare and analyze evaluation feedback and recommendations
  • Work closely with HRAs to support career pathways and career development

Learning Operations:

  • Respond to and record all learning and study requests, and advise employees on the application process
  • Liaise with employees, Talent Development Manager, and Procurement (if applicable) for approval
  • Prepare study agreements and monitor language study, attendance, and homework rates
  • Promote online learning and HR learning platforms
  • Ensure appropriate recording mechanisms are in place for tracking events, budget, and spend

Financial Analysis:

  • Reconcile monthly and year-end financial reports, budgets, and invoices
  • Keep track of language expenditure and process and code all invoices

Requirements:

  • Learning and Development experience
  • HR administration experience desirable
  • Intermediate level of Excel essential
  • Experience within investment banking or a large corporate desirable
  • A high level of written and verbal communication essential
