Job Description

A global investment bank is currently recruiting for a Learning and Talent Analyst for a 12-month maternity cover with longer-term potential. Based in Liverpool Street, the role will include hybrid working with 3 days on-site per week required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Talent Development Manager to identify learning needs/talent solutions relevant for the business lines and future needs of the branch.
  • Champion change and develop practices that reflect current market trends and digital innovation.
  • Liaise with external providers to deliver the learning/talent propositions in an effective and cost-efficient way, including the preparation of contracts.
  • Work closely with HRAs to support career pathways and career development, including induction, employee experience, management academy, and development initiatives within the branch.
  • Liaise with employees, Talent Development Manager, Procurement (if applicable), and the Business Line for approval.
  • Monitor and track language study, attendees, attendance, and homework rates – action as required.
  • Promote online learning and HRE learning platforms.
  • Manage initiatives such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion/Health and Wellbeing.
  • Manage programs (Induction, Management Academy, Projects & Programs).
  • Ensure employee training records are kept up to date (facilitate the uploading of data from external providers).
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Reconcile monthly and year-end financial reports, budgets, and Invoices.
    • Keep track of languages expenditure.
