We are currently looking for a skilled Talent and Learning Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. The main focus of this role is to provide top-notch talent and learning (T&L) administration and support services to our managers and staff. We need someone who is passionate about talent management and learning & development, with a proactive mindset.

Main responsibilities:

  • Offering timely and accurate talent and learning administrative support to colleagues in the Talent & Learning Team.
  • Managing high-quality learning data and schedules, including the maintenance of our learning management system.
  • Effectively communicating learning activities to staff through various channels to boost participation.
  • Generating management reports and data for various stakeholders.
  • Conducting project work and research for the HR/Talent & Learning Department as required.
  • Performing any additional duties essential for the smooth operation of the HR and Talent & Learning Department.

Essential criteria and qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and excel under pressure, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR, Talent & Learning, with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to supporting others.
  • Experience handling a significant level of responsibility to ensure the accuracy and integrity of their work.

Desirable qualifications:

  • Background in Business Administration or CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) certification, or working towards one.
  • Experience working with complex databases and systems to maintain data accuracy.
