The RoleThe Room Divisions Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the Front Office, Porterage, Nights, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Public Area departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Supporting the hotel's commercial performance by developing new opportunities to maximise upsell revenue, fill night conversion, room type performance, and other operating revenue streams.
