Requirements of the role:

  • Answering all inbound calls from prospective and existing clients
  • Screening telephone calls, taking relevant and accurate messages
  • Preparing outgoing post and handling incoming post
  • Producing template letters
  • Accurately scanning and filling documentation
  • Copying and securely destroying confidential documents
  • Accurate data entry
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Assisting the wider support teams

Personal qualities required:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Proven experience in an administration role
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team
  • Ability to cope with tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite

Car parking is provided as is a health cash plan, private healthcare (after 6 months), death in service benefit x 3 salary. 25 days holiday and a gifted day at Christmas.
