Claim Handler (Total Loss)

Job Types:
Full Time. Permanent. Office based.

Working hours:
Full Time = 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 08:45 am - 17:15 pm.

At Incident Management Solutions (IMS) we specialise in helping our clients deal with the 'vehicle journey' after a motor incident.

Whether it be Repair, Total Loss, Cash-in-lieu or just Engineering.

What you'll be doing:


As a Claim Handler, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, liaising with various parties to aid in the completion of claims.


You'll also:

  • Ensure all information obtained is accurate and clearly noted;
  • Liaise with customers, insurers, repairers and governing bodies, providing updates via verbal and written communication;
  • Review and process documents in line with Service Level Agreements;
  • Work towards daily and monthly targets.

What you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to learn and develop
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and I.T packages particularly Excel.
