**Claim Handler (Tailored Solutions)**

**Job Types**: Full Time. Permanent. Office based.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 08:45 am - 17:15pm.

At Incident Management Solutions (IMS) we specialise in helping our clients deal with the 'vehicle journey’ after a motor incident. Whether it be Repair, Total Loss, Cash-in-lieu or just Engineering.

**What you’ll be doing**:
As a Claim Handler, you’ll deal with inbound and outbound calls/queries to aid in the completion of claims with a high level of customer service.

**You’ll also**:

- Negotiate with work providers and customers on their claims;
- Handle repair claims from start to finish;
- Handle total loss claims from start to finish;
- Ensure all information obtained is accurate and clearly noted;
- Review and process documents in line with Service Level Agreements;
- Work towards daily and monthly targets.

**What you’ll need**:

- Experience in high volume call handling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop
- Knowledge of Microsoft and I.T packages particularly Outlook and Excel.
