Senior Sales Executive , you will be the frontline of client communication.

Within the first week of training, you will be expected to be confident on the phone, offering best advice on Giant's range of products in line with agreed parameters.

You will also expertly assess potential clients' requirements, navigate and resolve objections.

Your ultimate objective

in this role is to ensure the seamless onboarding of new clients from inbound enquiries and agency referrals.

By providing exceptional service and promoting our USPs and range of available options to our customers, you will maximise enquiry to sales conversion rates.

Key responsibilities


of the role include but are not limited to;nConfidently promoting the benefits of Giant's product range to prospective leads by the end of week one.nMaintain a minimum conversion rate of 72% from week one, ensuring a high level of client onboarding completion rate and satisfaction.nProactively engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are onboarded onto the most suitable solutionnEnsuring information is provided in a compliant manner by following company policy and adhering to industry and statutory legislationsnLiaising with internal and external stakeholders on the client's behalf to resolve queriesnMentoring and supporting junior team members, sharing best practices and strategies to increase client engagement and conversion.

nObjection Handling – respond promptly to client enquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints at enquiry stagenObtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiriesnGo the "extra mile" by providing a great service on the services we offer


About younYou must have at least 2 years' experience in Telesales or a similar inbound sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

You will be able to use a consultative approach to understand and meet the distinct needs of our clients/customers.

You must:
nHave the ability to quickly learn about our products and services and explain them to clientsnBe able to demonstrate outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsnBe comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentnHave great enthusiasm and attitude for the rolenHave a high level of resiliencenPossess strong written and verbal communication as well as emotional intelligencenBe proficient in Microsoft officenUnderstand and strive to achieve the
