Senior Sales Executive - Events

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Chelmsford. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling business coaching packages face to face to company owners at training events.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Selling business coaching packages face to face to company owners at training events
  • Following the company's sales process to achieve/exceed agreed sales targets
  • Effectively managing the customer through the entire sales process
  • Updating CRM's and following up leads during downtime
Requirements
  • 3 years minimum experience of working within a face to face sales role
  • Proven ability to follow a sales process and over achieve on targets
  • Passion, confidence, drive, energy, talent and character
  • Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers face to face or over the phone
