Carrying out all tasks as necessary to ensure the accurate and timely execution of client orders for LGIM's pooled fund range maintaining robust service levels to key stakeholders.nDeveloping and maintaining effective Client and Service Provider relationships, working closely with relevant parties to ensure service provision supports team's objectives/goals.nManagingand direct the resolution of day to day operational issues or errors and resolve anomalies to ensure high-level of customer service and accurate transactions.nEnhancing operational processes in conjunction with appropriate systems to support functional processing.
Participation in change initiatives representing the needs of the department.nProactively identify process improvements, service and risks to ensure client service is robust to meet capacity and stakeholder requirements.
Robust support and implementation of projects/initiatives.nMaintaining procedure manuals, task lists and Risk Maps as necessary and ensure procedural enhancements are implemented and communicated to team members as required.

Qualifications
Robust technical unit dealing with dealing lifecycle experiencenMicrosoft Excel(intermediate to advanced level)nStrong experience of oversight and processing controls/knowledge.nStrong understanding of Asset Management middle office operations and processesnStrong attention to detail with track record of risk awarenessnProven experience of dealing with and influencing staff/peers and across teams.nCollaborative and personalised approach to service commitment, delivery and continuous improvement.nSelf-assured networking across Investments, Distribution, Product & Investment Operations environments.nA proven track record of being flexible, adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast paced and changeable environment.nAbility to understand issues, find creative and innovative solutions to problems.nAbility to challenge debate and influence internally and externally.nRobust communication skills both verbally and written, with an ability to successfully articulate issues clearly and logically.nStrong analytical and written skills.
