Client Account Transitions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Transitions Specialist to join our dedicated Transitions team in investment operations. This role is perfect for those with 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, middle office, or back office operations.

About the Role

This is a rare chance for an investment operations specialist to transition from a processing role to a project management/client engagement capacity. As a Client Account Transitions Specialist, you will work closely with Portfolio Managers, the client account group, and sales teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of new institutional investors across all investment strategies and multi-asset classes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to process improvements to support transition activities from front to back.
  • Work across internal teams, including the Front Office, and with external relationships.
  • Gain valuable experience across the full client lifecycle, including new account openings, account closures, facilitating custodian transitions, in-specie transfers, and market openings.
Requirements

To be considered, candidates will have a degree and a minimum of 12 months' investment operations experience, such as client onboarding, client account opening, or client servicing, gained from a financial services firm. Additionally, candidates will be looking to advance their skills and experience in a Client Account Transitions role.
