This is a rare opportunity for an investment operations specialist to transition from a processing role to a project management/client engagement capacity. As a Client Account Transitions Specialist, you will work closely with Portfolio Managers, the client account group, and sales teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of new institutional investors across all investment strategies and multi-asset classes.
In this role, you will gain valuable experience contributing to process improvements to support transition activities from front to back. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as you will work across internal teams, including the Front Office, and with external relationships.
This varied role offers the chance to gain technical experience across the full client lifecycle, including new account openings, account closures, facilitating custodian transitions, in-specie transfers, and market openings. You will have the opportunity to make your mark within this highly reputable asset manager.
To be considered, candidates will have a degree and a minimum of 12 months' investment operations experience, such as client onboarding, client account opening, or client servicing, gained from a financial services firm. Additionally, candidates will be looking to advance their skills and experience in a Client Account Transitions role.
