About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Client Onboarding Team as a Client Onboarding Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective onboarding of clients and the management of their ongoing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client due diligence, including KYC and AML checks, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential financial crime risks, including sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure our processes remain compliant and effective.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance our client onboarding and financial crime risk management capabilities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in client onboarding, AML, and financial crime risk management, preferably in a UK-regulated firm.
  • Strong knowledge of UK KYC and AML regulations, including JMLSG and FCA guidance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
