An opportunity is available for a Display Account Manager to join our London team.


Purpose of the Role

As a Display Account Manager, your focus will be on delivering exceptional Display planning for all campaigns by offering solutions that align with client objectives across print, digital, and programmatic platforms. You will oversee and execute activities to ensure consistent and high-quality campaigns in the display realm while upholding superior client servicing standards. Building solid relationships with media owners, operating companies, and clients, you will deliver innovative media solutions that respond to briefs from communication planners or clients, grasping the business and performance needs of clients to formulate effective media planning solutions.

  • Coordinate and facilitate the efficient execution of display campaigns, participating in all media owner meetings and internal learning sessions.
  • Provide thorough and insightful analysis in reports and PCA's, offering feedback and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with communications to address daily challenges concerning clients and objectives: devising solutions, keeping stakeholders informed, and showcasing an understanding of 'opportunity' and 'value' in your proposals.
  • Present thought-provoking, innovative plans that are recognized as top-tier by peers, partners, clients, and industry publications.
  • Engage with media owners to negotiate and ensure that Display campaigns are meticulously planned across all aspects.
  • Participate in planning activities that support our trading initiatives and client cost assurances.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Extensive knowledge in performance media with experience in a planning role, preferably within the print, digital, and programmatic domains.
  • Possess great attention to detail, ensuring 100% accuracy in all planning and commercial processes.
  • Highly adept at numerical and analytical tasks, utilizing data to steer decision-making processes.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with effective coordination and organizational skills among key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication across various levels with internal and external stakeholders, capable of delivering confident presentations to clients.
  • Proficiency in IT – skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to adapt to new systems as required.

  • This role is permanent with the team located in our London office, operating under flexible work arrangements. Currently, the team works in-office twice a week on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
