About the Role
We're seeking a charismatic and driven individual with a proven track record in sales and client relationships. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the sales lifecycle, sourcing design details, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful pitches.
Key Responsibilities
- Take leads and manage the sales process for incoming enquiries.
- Source design details with our designer to bring tenders together.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers, to deliver successful pitches.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, communicating effectively via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Manage lead times and meet deadlines to ensure successful pitches.
- Work proactively, collaboratively, and show initiative to make the job a success.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience working as an Account Executive or similar role within exhibition builds, retail, or similar installations.
- Proven sales experience and in-person client relationships building.
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar sales tool to manage workload and provide measurable feedback.
- Proven record of manipulating financial budgets for tender processes using Xero or a similar sales platform.
- Ability to read and view basic to mid-level working drawings and conceptual design visuals.
- Outgoing, confident under pressure, and committed to going above and beyond for clients and the team.
