Account Manager Role

We are expanding our Client Operations team and seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts across various sectors, including Leisure, NHS, Retail, and Education. Your primary objective will be to understand the unique needs of each business and adapt your account management style to exceed their expectations.

This is a highly operational role that requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You will need to be proficient in our internal systems, able to communicate effectively across departments, and manage client expectations. We are looking for an Account Manager with a strong desire to bring new ideas and approaches to the table.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational matters
  • Provide essential support to Senior Account Managers
  • Proactively study account performance and identify potential issues
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and senior executives
  • Manage operational issues, both internally and externally
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Investigate and resolve queries, escalating to Senior Account Managers when necessary
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience as an Account Manager
  • Parking, Property, Real Estate, and/or Retail experience is ideal but not essential
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Highly organized and excellent time management
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts
  • Solid experience with CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects at a time, while maintaining a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
