The Opportunity: Display & Programmatic Account Director

We're seeking a talented and driven Digital Account Director to join our award-winning Programmatic Sales team. This role focuses on managing display and programmatic advertising accounts for prominent brands in entertainment, sports, lifestyle, gaming, retail, and FMCG sectors.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive display, video, and programmatic campaigns for assigned clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their objectives and tailoring strategies accordingly.
  • Proactively identify and present innovative advertising opportunities to clients, keeping them informed about emerging trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, planning, buying) to ensure seamless campaign delivery, optimization, and reporting.
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements in display, video, mobile, audio, and native advertising, sharing insights with the team and clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the digital marketplace, including ad-tech and programmatic opportunities, leveraging relationships with key media owners and third-party suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and clients to secure repeat business and drive revenue growth.
  • Effectively respond to briefs, ensuring all client requirements are met and exceeded.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Comprehensive understanding of display and programmatic advertising capabilities, with the ability to articulate opportunities in client meetings and internal discussions.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing consumer-facing digital campaigns.
  • Experience managing multiple display accounts simultaneously for diverse clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital marketplace, including ad-tech and programmatic opportunities, with established relationships at senior levels within media owner organizations and third-party suppliers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and clients.
  • A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and a commitment to continuous learning in the fast-paced digital landscape.
