Account Manager

We're seeking a charismatic and driven Mid-Senior level Account Executive with proven industry experience to join our small team at The London Display Company Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales lifecycle for incoming enquiries, sourcing design details, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take leads and manage the sales process for incoming enquiries at various stages.
- Source design details with our designer to bring tenders together.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, including project managers.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Manage lead times and meet deadlines to deliver successful pitches.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience working as an Account Executive or similar role within exhibition builds, retail, or similar installations.
- Proven sales experience and in-person client relationships building.
- Experience using sales tools, such as HubSpot, to manage workload and provide measurable feedback.
- Ability to read and view basic to mid-level working drawings and conceptual design visuals.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively liaise with clients via phone/video calls, email, and in-person meetings.
