The Kinnerton site in Fakenham produces chocolate products for some of the biggest retail and confectionery brands in the UK.

These roles are ideally suited to individuals with experience in food production or a general manufacturing environment.

Your past experience may include roles such as:
Production Operative/ General Operative/ Factory Operative/ Machine Operator/ Factory Worker/ Skilled Operative/ Line Leader etc.

Interview process:

  • Meet with a Shift Manager on site which may include a factory tour

Key responsibilities as a Process/ Machine Operative at Kinnerton:

  • Set up, operate and maintain the hygiene of food production machinery to meet the required outputs for volume and quality.
  • Carry out relevant quality checks.
  • Completing on line documentation.

4 on 4 off days:
covers 7 days a week. 4 days on and 4 days off. 1 hour break in total. 6am-6pm.

  • Grade 3 £11.53 per hour
  • Grade 4 £11.99 per hour
  • Grade 5 £12.59 per hour
  • Grade 6 £13.46 per hour

4 on 4 off nights:
covers 7 days a week. 4 days on and 4 days off. 1 hour break in total. 6pm -6am.

  • Grade 3 £13.18 per hour
  • Grade 4 £13.70 per hour
  • Grade 5 £14.38 per hour
  • Grade 6 £15.52 per hour

Your starting grade will depend on experience. Both roles have a 30 minute unpaid and 30 minute paid break.
