Factory Line Supervisor/Team Leader Opportunities

At Kinnerton Confectionery, we have several permanent opportunities for Factory Team Leaders to join our production team.

As a Line Supervisor/Team Leader at Kinnerton Confectionery, you'll report into a Shift Manager and collaborate with other Team Leaders to oversee production processes, ensure quality standards, and guide team members in creating our delicious chocolate products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising Line Teams: Leading production lines to achieve critical targets in safety, efficiency, quality, and hygiene.
  • Quality Assurance: Overseeing and ensuring the completion of all quality checks and related documentation to maintain our high standards.
  • Training and Development: Ensuring that all team members are well-trained, fully aware of their duties and responsibilities, and consistently performing at their best.

Shifts and Pay Rates:

We offer competitive pay rates, including:

  • Day Shift: £50 per hour, £88 per hour, £26 per hour, £86 per hour
  • Night Shift: £75 per hour, £30 per hour, £87 per hour, £99 per hour
