Brand new contract catering Chef roles in North Aberdeen Business Office.

If you are looking for a Monday - Friday role, start early and finish early then this could be the job for you.

You will be required to prep and serve breakfast, then prep and servelunch. There are also some bespoke hospitality service lunches every month off menu.

I am looking for 2 x CDPS and 1 x Sous Chef

Main responsibilities include:

  • To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to a high standard
  • Follow recipes and prepare food for service
  • Deliver first class food throughout service
  • To share responsibility for the checking, probing and signing of all food deliveries to ensure that only the highest standards of produce is accepted into the unit.
  • To assist the Head Chef in evaluating the training needs of the kitchen staff.
  • As a member of our team you are equally responsible for cleaning and hygiene and that any assigned daily and weekly cleaning duties are carried out.
