About the Role

We are seeking a skilled M&E Mobile Engineer to join our facilities management team at Arcus FM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work on a range of mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems, including emergency light testing, fire alarms, and lamp changes.
  • Conduct fault finding and repair work on a range of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Work autonomously, with minimal supervision, to deliver planned and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • 18th edition qualification.
  • Full valid UK driver's license.
  • On the job experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar.
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic.
  • Awareness and knowledge of health & safety.
Desirable Qualifications
  • F-Gas qualification.
  • IOSH working safely qualification.
  • Plumbing experience.
  • Basic fabric skills.
  • 2391 testing inspection.
