  • Remaining professional at all times and reliable for clients and colleagues,
  • Work to SLAs and abide by regulatory requirements,
  • Take accountability for various administrative tasks and work with the team,
  • Practice Lean methodologies,
  • Keep in line with industry standards and take part in regulatory training,
  • Engage in personal development and support development of the team,
  • Monitor communications and record them appropriately.

The Successful Applicant:

Successful applicants will be able show a number of qualities, including but not limited to:

  • Demonstrating positive behaviours and a positive mindset,
  • Knowledge or interest to learn about Financial Services or investments,
