About Our Client

Our client, a wealth management firm in Liverpool, is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team. Due to internal promotions, this role offers a unique opportunity for progression and study support.

Job Description

As an IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the client review service cycle from start to finish
  • Coordinating with clients to arrange annual reviews and preparing review packs, including valuations and compliance documents
  • Maintaining accurate client data on our in-house system
  • Attending client meetings with advisers, taking notes and preparing file notes
  • Preparing and sending relevant paperwork to clients on behalf of the adviser
  • Assisting with ad-hoc data projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in an IFA or similar financial services business
  • A good understanding of pensions or investments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Self-motivation and willingness to take initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to adapt and multitask
  • Experience with Intelligent Office or similar systems would be advantageous
