About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at a leading wealth management firm in Liverpool. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our advisers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the client review service cycle from start to finish
  • Coordinate with clients to arrange annual reviews and prepare review packs
  • Maintain accurate client data on our in-house system
  • Attend client meetings, take notes, and prepare file notes
  • Prepare and send relevant paperwork to clients on behalf of our advisers
  • Assist with ad-hoc data projects as required
Requirements
  • Experience in an IFA or similar financial services business
  • Understanding of pensions or investments is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to adapt and multitask
  • Experience with Intelligent Office or similar is advantageous
