An international law firm with a fantastic reputation is searching for a friendly and talented Senior Business Development Executive to join their team In this exciting role you will be ensuring the collaboration between two of the firm's key sector groups,Asset Management and Investment funds and Financial Institution.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sector specific bids/pitches assist sector fee earners with sector specific tenders, including conducting a bid / no bid process, managing the logistics of the pitch process for any assigned pitches, gathering of relevant material and information, writingformal responses, and leading in the production of sectorspecific capability statements.
  • Supporting the development of new product offerings, working with partners and M&BD to define the benefits of the new products and the most effective routes to market.
  • Ad hoc marketing activity process quick changes to marketing collateral (where sending to M&BD Hub will take longer).
  • Events able to organise events, project manage and support, including webinars and collaborate with M&BD Hub on event logistics.
  • CRM be familiar with InterAction and Introhive, briefing tasks into the Hub where appropriate, and completing tasks where more efficient to do so.
  • Website and intranet updates ensuring all website and intranet content for the AMIF and FI sectors is kept uptodate, briefing tasks into the M&BD Hub where appropriate.
  • Profile raising, communications and CRM. Contribute to the formulation of the sector's internal and external communications strategies (including digital) and then implement accordingly, ensuring best practice is observed.
  • Regularly interact with and provide support to international offices where the sector is particularly active or where the office is striving to develop the sector.
  • Liaising with International Practice Groups (IPGs) and regional teams to understand the expertise that the firm is able to offer to clients and to ensure international cooperation and implementation of AMIF and FI sector plans.
  • Client relationship management: assist the AMIF and FI Sector Leads to manage and develop any Client programme clients for which they are responsible.
  • Support development of junior BD members ability to support BD Executives and Trainees in key BD tasks including pitches, events and thought leadership.

Person specification:

Education / Qualifications / Experience:

  • You will have a minimum of 2 years' industry, marketing, or BD experience, with six months experience in a professional services firm or relevant sector preferred.
  • Professional marketing qualification is desirable but not essential.

Knowledge and Technical Skills:

  • You will be capable of managing and implementing marketing and BD tasks with a low level of supervision.
  • Experience in social media, PR, online services would be an advantage.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
