Receptionist

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and provide them with assistance when needed.
  • Answering phones and processing patient payments.
  • Maintain office security by following procedures for access control, surveillance, and emergency response.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain office equipment inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain office cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and organizing work areas.
  • Assist with general office tasks as needed including filing, typing, copying, faxing, answering the front desk phone, etc.
  • Provide general support to patients as needed including providing them with directions to the practice when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Salary:
From £10.42 per hour
