**Receptionist**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and provide them with assistance when needed.
- Answering phones and processing patient payments.
- Maintain office security by following procedures for access control, surveillance, and emergency response.
- Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain office equipment inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain office cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and organizing work areas.
- Assist with general office tasks as needed including filing, typing, copying, faxing, answering the front desk phone, etc.
- Provide general support to patients as needed including providing them with directions to the practice when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education/Experience**
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
