**Job Title: Accounts Administrator/ Receptionist**

**Accounts Administration Duties**:

- Assist with processing invoices
- Assist with data Entry into accountancy software
- Assist with checking statements
- Assist with raising and resolving any queries with suppliers
- Liaise with Managers across the company
- Other duties as required

**Receptionist Duties**:

- Handling telephone enquiries and transferring to the relevant staff member. If the staff member is unavailable, taking accurate messages and following up at a later point.
- Handling internal and external post: ensuring that any outgoing post is sent, that internal post is distributed to staff.
- Managing visitors to site: ensuring that any visitors to site sign in at the front desk, offering and providing refreshments for visitors to site and informing employees that their visitors have arrived.
- General administrative duties including scanning, filing, shredding and housekeeping.
- Ordering office goods, stationery and supplies
- Updating and distributing telephone & contract lists from time to time.
- To work collaboratively with other employees and develop a strong knowledge of the business.
- Any other reasonable duty that is within your capability.

**Payroll** **Duties**:

- Assist with collecting and verifying timesheets.
- Assist with entering employee information and payroll data into the system.
- Assist with resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
- Assist with processing new employees
- Assist with issuing payslips to employees
- Assist with maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures

This role will be predominantly working within our Accounts Team

Full training will be provided on a variety of tasks and duties.

**Key Skills / Experience Required**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working as Administrator / Payroll/ Receptionist
- Competent using Microsoft Office (namely Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Good written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise own workload.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work to work to deadlines.
- The ability to work within a team, understand and follow processes and work proactively is essential.
- Payroll/ accounts admin experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Confident, assertive, flexible, and self-motivated.
- Full UK driving license

The Package:

- Salary negotiable on experience
- Full-time position
- 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday.
