The role:

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for leading, coordinating and managing the defined scope of delivery for any Client or Agency project - demonstrating ongoing risk assessment and tactical solutions where required.

Youwill be constantly scheduling, initiating, executing, monitoring, controlling, facilitating and estimating to ensure all project requirements and expectations are established and met on time and within budget.

It is a fun, rewarding role that requires excellentcommunication, strong organisation, people skills, common sense, humour, patience and commitment.

Your key responsibilities as a Project Manager:

  • Responsible for the quality and compliance of implementation on projects according to client contract requirements.
  • Working with the Account Director/Account Manager to establish goals for all projects.
  • Working on project scoping and work estimating.
  • Coordinating and organising project assets and resources (e.g. data, documentation, etc.).
  • Identifying and monitoring project risks; building and implementing back up strategies.
  • Controlling project timelines so the project is rolled out according to the plan.
  • Preparing reports for project reviews.
  • Communicating control issues quickly.
  • Managing the under or overservicing of clients.
  • Managing the scheduling system to help everyone understand who is booked out on what resource/projects in the future.
  • Ensuring that the team is kept informed of the progress of projects on a regular basis; where delays are unavoidable, keeps the relevant people informed.
  • Help to identify where there are any gaps with resources that need to be solved.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed briefs to delivery teams, providing them with the relevant background information required to deliver on the brief.
  • Allocating and scheduling tasks accurately to ensure work is completed on time.
  • Together with the Account Manager/Account Director, ensure that all work meets the required standards as outlined in the brief set.
  • Communicate effectively with delivery teams, to ensure questions are answered and all relevant information is shared.
  • Ensuring project documentation is signed and project stages or jobs are formally signed off.
  • Regularly monitor and scrutinise time logs in relation to project management and budget, reporting back to the team when required.
  • Help manage third party contractors and thirdparty agencies working in partnership with us to deliver on projects.
  • Together with the Account Manager ensures management of any testing, snagging or postproject support.
  • Ensure client projects are delivered within the time required to make the project profitable and to the highest quality.
  • Consistently monitor the financial status of owned projects, highlighting budget and resource issues with the Head of Client Services as they arise.
  • Creating content for use on the company website and social media.
  • Actively works towards developing leadership skills, using tools such as HubSpot academy and external training programs as agreed with the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Helping visualise the agencies unique approach / project management methodology to delivery.
  • Experience as a Project Manager within an agency environment.
  • Experience of working with Forecast Project Management systems is a bonus but not essential.
  • A Team player who can facilitate teamwork across client and agency teams.
  • A Passion for their work and a key driver for high creative standards.
  • A clear communicator who can contribute inside the agency with the ability to develop a constructive working relationship with delivery teams, building excitement with others in the team. Confident to present work to clients with conviction and passion.
