Electrical Project Manager Role

Industrial Controls South Canterbury Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our electrical installation and delivery teams. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of electrical projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the electrical installation and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  2. Coordinate and guide work delivery and projects, ensuring effective communication with internal teams and clients.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and staff development.
  4. Collaborate with engineers and internal teams to support the successful delivery of projects.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in the electrical service industry, with a strong background in project management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
