Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to building projects, from initial calculations to final figures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and analyze project financial reports to ensure accurate tracking of costs.
  • Manage contracts, including handling changes in work during construction, processing valuations, and final accounts.
  • Identify, analyze, and develop responses to project risks.
  • Advise on procurement strategy and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
  • Thorough understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
